SHBA Talent Barometer 2026
On 18 June 2026, senior HR professionals from Armenia's leading hotel properties sat together in a closed room and spoke honestly about the workforce that keeps their industry running.
The SHBA Talent Barometer is the record of what emerged: a direct line between the people who hire and the people who want to be hired, with the data to show where those two worlds align and where the gap between them is widest.
It is based on the inaugural Hospitality Talent Exchange, an original SHBA concept organised in partnership with the Hospitality Investment Forum Yerevan 2026.
Selected findings
